CO2 extinguisher non-magnetic (B)

For very special applications, Saval manufactures the well-known AK5 carbon dioxide extinguisher with a capacity of 5 kg CO2 in a non-magnetic version: AK5-NM. This property is of great importance in spaces where strong magnetic fields are present. Well-known fields of application are MRI laboratories in hospitals and special research areas in scientific institutes.

The non-magnetic Saval CO2 extinguisher is available in a 5 kilogram version.

• Applicable in the vicinity of equipment with magnetic field strengths up to 3 Tesla;
• Especially suitable for use on live electrical equipment;
• Leaves no residues;
• Very safe high test pressure: 310 bar.
