ESKA White
Saval is a well-known name within the fire safety world. For years, Saval even made complete fire engines under the name Saval-Kronenburg. Meanwhile, the fire engines are no longer produced by Saval, but Saval is still the right partner when it comes to strong fire hoses.
Requirements
Fire hoses must meet a large number of requirements. They must be able to withstand high pressures, be light in weight, allow little stretch and have great wear resistance. Furthermore, hoses must have a high melting point and be self-drying and flexible in use with a minimum of maintenance. And of course good fire hoses are ozone-resistant. Saval Eska fire hoses far exceed these requirements: they are light, flexible, resistant to high pressures and resistant to a large number of chemicals.
Quality guaranteed
The intensive quality control of Saval ensures optimum product quality. For example, Saval Eska fire hoses are mechanically checked for wear resistance, pressure resistance, elongation and adhesion of the various layers. In the production of Eska hoses, use is also made of non-environmentally harmful substances.
Tissue
Eska fire hoses are twill woven or warp and weft, and are made of synthetic polyester. All types are twill-woven, which means that the weft thread (length yarn) is protected by two warp threads. The hose is therefore smoother and more resistant to high pressures and less susceptible to stretching. In addition, twill-woven hoses are kinking considerably less quickly, which also means less chance point-shaped sanding damage during use.
Material
The materials used for the outer layer differ per type. The quality of the outer layer determines the wear resistance, the flame resistance, the strength and the protection against the effects of oil and chemicals.
Eska white
The Eska white is a strong and price-technically interesting fire hose for industrial applications where no excessive wear is to be expected. The polyester fabric serves directly as the outer lining and protects the EPDM rubber liner.
